Service policy

Clear standards and vehicle intake protocols designed to protect your car and ensure complete detailing precision.

01
Vehicle condition requirements before arrival

To ensure we can inspect and service your vehicle safely and effectively, we ask that each car arrives in a workable baseline state.

Intake criteria & specs
  • Vehicle must be mechanically sound with functional brakes, doors, and ignition.
  • Inform the workshop in advance of custom paint, wrapped panels, or delicate aftermarket trim.
  • Excessive biological hazards (mold, heavy pest residue) require advance notification.
02
Personal belongings & valuables removal

Our team performs deep extraction and interior surface conditioning across all compartments, seating tracks, and storage wells.

Intake criteria & specs
  • Remove all personal belongings, electronics, money, and loose items from cabin and trunk.
  • Child safety seats must be uninstalled prior to vehicle handoff.
  • Vector Transport Solutions is not liable for loose items left inside compartments or under floor mats.
03
Pre-existing damage & intake inspection protocol

Every vehicle undergoes a high-lumen optical intake scan to document paint depth, clear-coat scratches, rock chips, and trim wear.

Intake criteria & specs
  • Digital multi-angle photo and video documentation completed during drop-off.
  • Clear-coat thinness below safe polishing thresholds will be flagged before machine work begins.
  • Pre-existing rock chips, oxidized plastics, and upholstery tears are noted on the intake sheet.
04
Customer authorization & work agreement

By scheduling a service package or delivering your keys, you grant permission for certified technicians to service and handle the vehicle.

Intake criteria & specs
  • Authorization covers surface decontamination, mechanical cleaning, and necessary movement on premises.
  • Estimated completion times are projections subject to vehicle soil levels and paint reaction.
  • Full payment is due upon final inspection and delivery of the completed vehicle.
05
Additional work approval & change orders

If our technicians identify deep paint etching, heavy oxidation, or mechanical concerns requiring extra labor, we communicate immediately.

Intake criteria & specs
  • No extra labor or surcharge is initiated without explicit customer consent via text or call.
  • Upgrades such as multi-stage paint correction or ceramic coating will be outlined with itemized pricing.
  • Unapproved recommendations are simply documented for future reference with zero obligation.
