Cancellation notice periods
Standard vehicle packages require at least 24 hours of advance notice before your reserved bay time.
- Cancellations submitted 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment qualify for a complete refund or no-fee credit.
- Cancellations provided under 24 hours from service time forfeit 50% of the booking deposit to cover reserved shop time.
- Same-day no-shows without prior notice are non-refundable to account for pre-allocated bay staff and staging supplies.
Rescheduling terms
Transfer your reservation slot easily without incurring fees when given proper notice.
- Appointments may be rescheduled once at zero additional charge when requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduled service dates must be selected within 60 days of the original booking date.
- Inclement weather adjustments (for mobile or transit services) are handled flexibly with no penalty to the client.
Refund eligibility for paid bookings
Direct refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within predictable banking timeframes.
- Approved card refunds are issued through our merchant system within 3 to 5 business days.
- Card processing gateway transaction fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30) are retained by the payment network on customer-initiated refunds.
- Store credits do not expire and can be applied to any exterior, interior, or full correction service package.
Custom-quoted & multi-stage work
Extended multi-day corrections, ceramic coatings, and dedicated detail bays carry specific booking requirements.
- Multi-stage paint correction and ceramic applications require a non-refundable 20% commitment deposit once scheduled.
- Due to multi-day bay reservation blocks, cancellations for custom work require a minimum 72-hour written notice.
- Specialty compounds, custom sealants, or pre-ordered film materials cannot be refunded once vehicle intake inspection begins.
